Beste Kris,
Hello,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI feel a little lost seeing other language than English...but I can also speak Spanish or a little French!!!
I was excited to see your site and hope to stay in contact to share ideas to make this world better.
First of them, I dream to see a hybrid way that would allow breastfeeding mothers to stay with their baby during the first months. Tell me about how your country has built a solution for the conflict that poses women once entering reproduction stage.
In Mexico, many women are under a lot of stress and even violence through pregnancy. Other face malnutrition and/or poverty or hardships. I think it is very important to nurture the mothers and the babies during this stage in order to make happier human beings.
I read there have been created a lot of benefits in many countries in Europe in this regard. I wish there were day care centers where women could be able to work as assistants in temporary jobs while being able to stay close to the babies in order to breastfeed (like those old native indians that used to carry their babies all the time next to their bodies).
I have not been succesful trying to spread this idea/view in my country of origin: Mexico nor, here in the United States...so far. Are there any sort of institutions created in your country with this objective in mind?
This kind of environment would also create a perfect net to stay together with other women going through these same stages. Isolation has so many negative consequences in new mothers (i.e. postpartum depression).
Although my time is limited at the moment and I am not able to pursue this goal at this point in my life -trying to create a day care center with these characteristics, I would like to hear if there are any other aproaches to handle this "working mother" issue.
Hope to stay in touch!!!
Adriana
"...Oh, but evolution is inevitable, just like better social structures..."
Hello,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI'm very interested about theses principles of noosphere, social evolution, knowledge society, global brain, etc., but it's quite sad the website's in dutch and not in english (I'm not an American who doesn't want to learn other languages, I'm Belgian)... I find it quite opposite to the very ideas of noosphere!
Good luck for your project,
Sébastien
I am so glad to find this site. I have believed in the noosphere since I first read about it bu chance in the Britannica Encyclopedia. I think that we are the people who are in a new noosphere paradigm because we since only 1969 (?) have seen earth from space. This is a mind changing image.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe power of photography and shared images have probably done more to focus the noosphere than anything else. (Can the noosphere be spoken of as "focused"? Perhaps it's not the way it works). The internet. Video. Robotics. The Singularity. It is all making a noosphere that will be much more relevant.
